JayCorp Return Policy
All returns must have prior return authorization. Please contact customer service at support@jaycorptech.com to obtain a RMA number. This number must be written on the outside of your packaging when returning an item.
Non-defective returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned prepaid within 30 days of original invoice. Returns are only accepted when all original packaging is intact and in good shape.
Lighting products can not be returned once opened.
Defective merchandise may be returned, prepaid, with return authorization, and an evaluation will be made. Credit or replacement will be issued where applicable.
